  • Hi @Spoonie_Turtle How would you write it to make sure you win the Mandatory reconsideration I'm in the same bout as Slou33 but don't know how to put it in writing on the letter to send to the Mandatory Reconsideration.

You would be better starting your own thread rather than adding to one that is over 3 years old

I'm sorry I can't give much of an answer, but you should detail any other LCWRA descriptors you think you meet due to XYZ condition and why, and then for substantial risk you need to explain why having to engage with work-related activities or appointments would likely harm you / make your health worse (or others around you).

Should be based on real substantial risk and not portrayal of behaviours which they have learned off Internet forums.

Just be open and honest with information. And it would really help if there was written evidence from medically qualified professionals, so if you have seen psychiatrists, mental health nurses etc, then ask for something in writing to help with any assessment or appeal processes.
The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.
