I ordered 2 sofas from this company back in May 2021, they finally arranged delivery in November 2021. The delivery company arrived and didn’t even attempt to deliver the furniture into my house and left within 10 minutes of arriving.

After numerous calls and emails trying to get a refund they advised I was entitled to 50% of my payment! When I said I would agree to delivery of my furniture they wanted to charge me £59 again for delivery.

The head office finally agreed to waive the additional £59 however I want to warn others to steer clear. Ensure you ask for clarification of their terms and conditions too. I have submitted 2 complaints via their website neither have been acknowledged.

would like to know if anyone else has had problems with this company.

Seems the OP is alleging that they just didn't attempt a delivery, sat outside the house/flat for 10 minutes without ringing the bell etc and then driving off saying the OP wasnt in. 

I'm sure their story will be that they rang the doorbell/knocked and there was no reply so they waited a bit to see if the OP turned up and after 10 minutes left. GPS will show they were there but unless video doorbell or such one word against the other on why the delivery failed.
