Take time off which you have done.

Speak to management about OOO contacts or be switching work phone off when not in working mode if you decide to return.

My advice would be put yourself first. Work is just one aspect of your life not your whole life.

If you do not want to return, its ok, look for another role and learn to set boundaries.

What I do that helps me a lot are:

For my lunch I always go out for walks when in the office instead of seating in front of my computer all day.

I do not have a work phone and prefer that. If I did would be switched off when not at work.

I take regular holidays even just Friday and Monday to have a long weekend off.

Try to focus on other aspects of your life and what makes you happy and fulfilled.

When I was working from home during the lockdown I had an alarm for lunch breaks ad finishing times and put my laptop and work stuff away in order to live my life outside work.

When out of office on holiday/time off, I have my OOO email on so people know I am away.

Journal, meditate, listen to music. Exercise  Look after yourself.
