Help me pick a "unicorn" phone

I'm looking for something I didn't think would be that hard to find, but I keep getting foiled with the dual sim + tf as a lot of the phones I've looked at claiming to be dual sim are sim + sim/tf and not sim + sim + tf.

What I'd like from a phone:

2 sims (1 can be virtual)

SD/TF card slot

Reasonably rugged (survive some rain/splashing and drops of up to maybe 1m)

Decent camera

Not iPhone.

With a cost of under about £300.

Clearly states Android 10. Which may limit the updates in the future.
In addition, there is no dust and splash protection mentioned anywhere. Thus it doesn't fit the criteria mentioned.

Not an actual recommendation; just a suggestion.

9:1 pixel binning, 5MP auto focus Macro etc 

OPPO A72, for instance, has just a 2MP fixed Macro lens, as has the Note 10S.

In case anyone is wary of buying direct I bought mine [Note 8T] from the web site with no problems at all, just as easy and prompt as buying from any other on line retailer

Then get a bumper case to protect it.
I have these cheap case for my phone, i did drop to the floor previously, no damage
