Holidaysafe travel insurance ?

Recently received an email from Holidaysafe to say that they were unable to offer a renewal quote for our annual  travel insurance , they would be in touch when they could !    Have read since that the parent company has had difficulty negotiating terms for UK Customers . Anyone any ideas if they are likely to get back to business ?
We switched to them a few years ago because they didn’t hike their premiums for things like taking High  blood pressure meds - as my oh points out , his BP is spot on thanks to one tablet.    They were half the price of some companies .  
Anyone any suggestions for an alternative company which takes into consideration height, weight etc as well as just conditions,
