Does anyone know a reliable, trustworthy and good value builder in Liverpool area please?

We need to get a threshold by our living room door fixed/replaced. (Pic attached)
Couple air vents need to repair/replaced on external building.
Replace a piece of gutter.
We did have couple builders visit before but they are all cow boys and we are fed up with them so please please only recommend reliable and good builders please?

You need to be a lot more specific on location. Liverpool is a large area and no decent builder is going to travel many miles for a small job.
Anyway, you don't need a builder.
Have a search on local Facebook and other sites sites for a recommended handyman.
The threshold is probably an easy DIY job for anyone with basic skills. Ditto the vents and gutter subject to how accessible they are.A man walked into a car showroom.

Agree with above, for those jobs you are looking for a local handyman rather than a builder.1
