Morning, hugs if you need one.

Out early this morning to the market, just needed spuds and fruit. We still have french beans, cabbage and lettuce in the greenhouse.

Photographed the pine cupboard on gumtree, thats the last of the furniture in the bedroom for the time being.

Fine but cold morning, Gardener was here yesterday, the last plants moved from my neighbours garden. The bungalow was finally cleared yesterday, so it reverts to the council. Guess workmen will be in soon to paint the place and get it ready for new tenants. Sad times, but we know  that B is safe in her new home with the help she needs.

No plans for today apart from clearing up the remains of the contents of the pine cupboard and starting on stuff for Christmas. Fabric has arrived.

Supper tonight is all day breakfast.

Morning folks and thanks NMLC.  We are back to summer today! The sun is shining and it feels really warm - until you are out of it! 

I'm late to the party today but I do have a note Miss, honest!  I wanted to catch the first bus down into town and I ended up rushing thanks to a long involved text conversation with DD which went back and forth for ever! She has at last got her Christmas rota and for the second year running she has Christmas Day and Boxing Day off. She worked C Day for many a year so deserves it off!  She is now making plans for the Big Day!

I managed to catch my bus, determined to get everything on it. All Christmassy stuff!  So all the family cards bought, smellies for DS's DP's teens and 14 (yes FOURTEEN!!) money gift cards for all the gt nephews and nieces I buy for, plus the DGC of friends I usually buy them all a present but my legs aren't up to all the trailing about, so money it is this year!

Yesterday I sorted out all the other stuff I have been buying on my little trips out and about so now I have an idea what I still have to buy. Methinks an internet shopping trip on the cards this weekend. I want all gift shopping done and wrapped (change that to bagged!) by the end of November at the latest.

I had a sad phone call from DB last night, they had to have another puss cat put to sleep yesterday. That's the second of their cats in a couple of months, only 3 left now (plus a house rabbit that thinks it's a cat!)
