Anyone heard of Threemo conveyancing?

I'm looking for a new conveyancer (currently stuck in the MyHomeMove chaos) and I was wondering if anyone has heard of Threemo. They seem to be the top rated on Trustpilot and good ratings on Really moving but I can't see anything about them on here.

Wouldn't it be easier to find a good local High St conveyancer.

That sounded patronising! Sorry. I genuinely mean - how do you know who is good (I've tried asking friends for recommendations - no one has had good experiences apparently!)

I've never heard of MyHomeMove, but they seem to have a very good rating on Trustpilot. I don't know what chaos they are in?

Where are you based?  If in London, I may have a recommendation for you.

No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

I considered using them but their quote was very expensive in my case.

It's often recommended to go with a personal recommendation and/or a local solicitor, however I personally would rather go with a firm (whether local or not) with lots of recent positive reviews/very few negative reviews. Surely better to consider the experience of many rather than the recommendation of one or two people. I worked my way through most of the top-rated on trustpilot getting quotes, but ended up finding a well-recommended solicitor on a forum for my local area, who had a lot of positive reviews on Google. The solicitor is relatively local, not that it matters, I'm not expecting to visit them.

It wasn't you being patronising in this case ;)

I also went with an online conveyancer. Had no issues.

They seem to have posiitive reviews.

When I had issues that needed quick attention, I found local solicitor the most helpful.
