Yes, at the time I was also having a webchat with British Gas. They've agreed to change my electricity to Variable Direct Debit and to backdate the account to the ultra-cheap Zero Fixed Oct 22 tariff to which I signed up when Symbio went bust. 20.301p/kWh day, 10.793p/kWh night, no standing charge, no exit fee, simply can't beat that these days !QrizB said:
