Hi
When I switched my computer on the picture doesn't fill the monitor properly so there is a black area at the top and bottom, also the writing is a bit fuzzy and there is a slight flicker. Any ideas what has gone wrong and how I can resolve it?
Cheers

Check the settings on your monitor. You should be able to adjust the picture to fill the screen.
If you are still getting screen flicker go to control panel, Display settings. Click on advanced, then on the monitor tab. Increase the monitor refresh rate to over 60mhz.
If you are not happy with the text appearance try using cleartype. My brain has now failed me and I cannot remember how you select it.0 -

HTHIt could have been worse. At least source code's not combustible, or you can bet somebody at McAfee would have lit it.0
