Parking court claim form

Hi, hope I can get some proper guidance here. I have asked this question on another board and feel like I am being told off if I don't understand exactly what is meant. I received a claim form for a PPC, I submitted a defence and now have received "Notice of Proposed Allocation to Small Claims Track" I would really appreciate some help and guidance on this. Thank you for any help

Read the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum , in announcements , reading the fifth and then the second post

Then read the 12 numbered steps in the defence template post by coupon mad , again in announcements at the top of this forum

You have submitted your defence , so what does your MCOL claim history say ? Copy and paste it below

Is this form the N180 DQ form ? Or something else ?

Bargepole posted a simple guide to filling in the N180 DQ form , linked in the second post of the newbies FAQ sticky thread I pointed you to , please study it , if that is where you are stuck

Which PPC ? ( And which Legal company ? If different )
  • Will read those it looks like a N149, PPC is NCP and solicitors  BW Legal

The Notice of proposed allocation to the Small Claims Track tells you exactly what you need to do.

I.e. para 3 on that form is the only one you need to act upon.

    Para 3 says...
    3. You must by dd/mm/yyyy complete the Small Claims Directions Questionnaire (Form N180) and file it with the court office and serve copies on all other parties.
Guidance on how to complete that form is described in detail in Bargepole's 'what happens when' post linked from the second post of the NEWBIES thread.

    Don't miss that deadline.
