Using RelayUK

I am trying to use RelayUK to make an important call, never used it before and as a (virtual) non-speaker, I find it hard to communicate via phone

Does Relay UK need a phone actually bluetooth connected for the duration of the call or once set up and linked, is that it ?

Because, I have linked my mobile and when I put in a number with the 18001 prefix - having dialled the number on my mobile - I then press the green button - my computer opens the browser (which is blank)

What am I doing wrong ?
I used NCT a few years ago and it worked first time
But NCT no longer operates

How are you using it?
On a smart mobile phone?  The App auto-inserts the prefix when calling numbers on the phone --- it says above. Try it without dialling a prefix yourself?

I am using it - by typing on my laptop and connected to my android phone

I have the app on both devices

Also - how do I uninstall relayuk - which does not appear in my program list - I downloaded it from Windows store

I guess that I am trying to find out how a windows store sourced program is removed
