Electoral roll and credit application

Hi, can it be an issue if there is middle name missing on electoral roll but it is on bank account or experian report etc. Should you apply for credit/credit cards with full (including middle name ) or (as preferred) without it as never really used? or it doesn't really matter?

It's not usually an issue.  The ER check is to verify who you are - so if the ER records you as John Smith living at 1, High Street, Anytown, and Experian has you as John Bill Smith living at 1, High Street, Anytown, then it's pretty obvious you're the same person.  It's similar to if you're recorded as Bill Smith on one thing, but William Smith on another - name abbreviations and variations are not usually an issue, so long as all the other information tallies up.
