PCN received without Photo/Video Evidence

Hi guys,

I received a PCN today saying I went in a lane/road not meant for vehicles. However, on the PCN page there are no photo or video evidence provided to proof my car was seen there. 

Am I right to dispute this? If yes, how do I go about it?

i have also attached pictures of the PCN info from the website.

any advice will be appreciated

Since we specialise in parking charge notices from unregulated private parking companies here on MSE, you would be better taking this over to our friends on pepipoo.com, as they are the council and police motoring experts.

You will need to sign up with a non-hotmail email address before reading the FAQs, then posting both sides of your redacted PCN with your query.
