I thought it will never happen to me

Well, it has, I parked on a private land paid for the ticket I just received a parking charge notice from Parkingeye no indication what for the ticket machine is one where you have to input the registration number in unfortunately I have bin the ticket as I thought this could never happen to me. so the question is what should I do next?

    What happened when you complained to the landowner/retail/store manager? Plan A is always the best option.

    Where did the alleged event occur?

    Did you receive a "golden ticket" NTK? There is an example in the NEWBIES. If you did then it would be silly to tell the world world who was driving.

    If plan A isn't forthcoming before the appeal deadline, then send the template in blue text from the NEWBIES, unaltered, from The Keeper.

    It was in Liverpool, no I did not receive a "golden ticket" just a PCN letter with a photo of my vehicle arrival and departure time
