So Energy WHD application link not working

Anyone else having problems applying for warm home discount (broader group) with So Energy? They have been much slower than other energy companies, to open for applications. Meant to open 3pm yesterday. On clicking link in my account, link appears broken. I get a quick flash of their logo, then a blank page. No indication it is trying to load. No explanation on website. No indication of being in a queue. Help centre advised it was volume of people trying at once. Try again later. Tried from 3pm yesterday till 10pm. Then tried at 5.50am this morning when I would expect it to be less busy, same problem! Getting worried as I really need this discount to get through winter.

Update, just tried to log in around 8.25am and the site is "currently undergoing maintenance" so looks like they're on it. Have found them to be very good previously, been with them since September 2020 (after Scottish Power had persistently failed to replace a 'dead' gas meter).

I applied online yesterday, shortly after receiving the email advising that it was open. It worked fine for me.

Update. Just managed to sign in and apply for whd. It looks like their website has been revamped and is now more user friendly in several areas. Hope the delay does not mean I will be at back of queue, as will be moving at some stage in the next few months and need to stay on supply with them to receive it.
