i'm not sure if added automatically i only have about 250 points and i have been with them for quite a while. I have been invited to 2 chat sessions though which they paid £25 each time so that's well worth it.

They are added to your clubcard statement like your shopping/green/finance/bzzAgent points. You wil see them listed separately.
