I think they pick you at random - my mum got a letter through the post to ask her to register online and as she is not too internet savvy I end up filling out the blasted things for her. Very frustrating becuase I want the points myself The things you do for family eh.

We regret that participation in Shopper Thoughts is by invitation only. Please note that taking the place of other persons is not possible as registration requires matching Clubcard numbers and activation codes. Furthermore the Clubcard has to belong to the registered member.

For security reasons we cannot give out any activation codes - new or old - and we are sorry that therefore you will not be able to join Shopper Thoughts at this time.

We do however very much appreciate your interest in Shopper Thoughts and we are very sorry that we cannot give you a more positive answer.

Im not impressed if you emailed them, and got accepted, as i did that yesterday and posted the email i received back in this thread
