There are no templates for IAS appeals.
    They are not fines.

Please give us more information as we don't have much to go on, for example:-
What is the name of the PPC?
How come you got so many tickets?
What was the reason for each ticket?
Where did the alleged event occur?
What happened when you complained to the landowner?

I married my cousin. I had to...
    I don't have a sister. :D

  • I forgot to change the V5Gbook car and one of my friends received last month two.
We went to the same gym so then I went to the old address and I recovered 4 of them and I changed my V5G.
After that I had for one week I received three PCN per day. They are issued last month but are dated in June, July, August. When I called them, they are saying that the PCN is issued correctly, didn’t pass 6months.
I appealed to them but VCS declined all.
Now I want to do the IAS. I know that the appeal will not be successful but I want to do it because I will not pay all that money, and I want to be ready for fourth.
They stopped now, but I  still parked there in August, September because I didn’t know exactly where is the gym parking.

Now I want to do the IAS.
NOT if it is the £15 non standard IAS, you don't!  DO NOT TOUCH IT WITH A BARGEPOLE.

If any of the rejection letters offer standard IAS (no £15 payment) then try that.  No template, show all the evidence you can.  Write it in your own words and upload evidence of bad signage.

Have you read the other threads about this place?  Two car parks next to each other, I seem to recall, with similar looking signs, one offers 3 hours free and one doesn't?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Where I parked it was ‘0 hours’and near by it was ‘3 hours’. I didn't find the other threads!
I will still read today and I will do my appeal to Ias today.
All rejected offer is saying I can make an appeal at Ias without paying something.
    Thanks a lot.😊

You can search to find threads.  There are at least two from last month about Innovation.

You need to get photo evidence like the other posters, that there are 2 car park areas and the signs look the same.  Don't take close up photos and don't expect to win at IAS and certainly do not pay when you lose!

All victims of this trap should be complaining to your MP (local to you, not the car park)  and getting this in the local press as it appears to be an entrapment zone.  And all of you must complain to the gym manager and threaten to leave.

They are not fines, they are invoices for compensation for the alleged harm they allegedly suffered when you allegedly breached an alleged contract, You owe the nothing unless a judge says you do.

Have you read the newbies?  Have you read other threads?  Have you complained to your MP?

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
  •  There are actually six car parks within the site and two entrances (both entrances have inadequate & misleading signage).
One of the car parks itself appears to be two separate car parks in that it is separated by walls, a pedestrian walkway and landscaping. The smaller section has e-permit VCS signs, the larger section until recently only had small, old, non-PCC, forbidding signs.
Adjacent to this is a large free (for 3 hours) car park with inadequate signage (until very recently at least).
Another car park (nearest the gym) has inadequate e-permit signage and a clear forbidding sign, more prominent than any other.
It surely is one heck of an entrapment zone.
