CST LAW Letter Before Claim - far too late to appeal to common sense?

Thank you!
I have actually recently made friends with the security chap there due to my frequent patronage…they are unrelated to the parking enforcement officers from PDUK, who visit twice daily (one in the day, one in the night). As well as sending the above email to the solicitors, I will ask the chap if there is somebody that I can speak to try to get this matter resolved, eg the land owner. He did make clear that the parking company is completely separate however!1 -
".... set out in para 24.4 of the BPA Code of Practice, before resorting to 'debt recovery'."
Park Direct are on the IPC AoS members list now.2 -

Not quite sure what I'm looking for, however. Does anyone know if the IPC AoS Code of practice has a similar clause, of the top of your heads?
On a side note, I just realised that I did not attach a V5C on my request for a SAR from PDUK. I better follow up my previous email on that.1 -
"On Jan 28th 2021 I received a PCN from Parking Direct ...."The relevant IPC CoP to the above parking event is V7 dated November 2019 - perhaps para 22 is what you are looking for?2

No such company as 'Parking Direct' either.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have been following your thread. May I ask how you ended up modifying item (d) in your letter with IPC AoS rules please?
I am a step behind you and feel a very similar way. You asked many questions in my mind to forum masters. Excellent thread.
Best of luck to you!3 -
Thank you - I haven't modified it yet, because I'm unclear as how to do so. Was hoping one of the regulars would let us know the relevant paragraph to quote.
I'm unclear as to where "paragraph 22" is as suggested by @1505grandad
