help with parental controls on bt yahoo.

i have tried to set up parental controls on my broadband .This now means that if a family member wants to do something ive not allowed them to do,then they have to change the details via the main account (me!).However, even though i know the password,it is very easy to get a new one cos the prompt questions on my sign in page (ie mothers maiden name etc )are very easy to answer. The problem i have is trying to change these prompt qestions so that no one else can set a new password.|I have just spent the last 60 minutes trying to do this and wondered if anyone could help me please.I hope this makes sense but im not very computer aware. Thanks in advance
