What is MoneyClaim and when should i use?

i am in the process of making a claim from capital one - i was going to write to them using Martins letter(s) my claim is for £276 for overlimit fees (can i claim these?) and late payments. should i continue to claim via letter and use moneyclaim if they dont pay up. am confused please helP!

Yes, thats right send em the letter. Moneyclaim is the online sevice of the small claims courts, you use that if they dont pay up and you want to sue!
No doubt others will be along with fuller advice shortly, but I got my charges back on the first letter.0
