No we don't have differing dates of response - on the notice of allocation DJ ordered:

5/ Each party must deliver to the other party and to the court office copies of all documents ... no later than 12 April 2022.

10/ Each party may, by 4pm on 6 April 2022 file in court a concise written response to the documents ... served by the other party.

12/ ... considered on papers on 8 September 2022

Trial fee due 11 August.

I am wondering if there are typos on dates, even months! However, I'm obviously sticking to the ones on the order.

Thank you for the feedback I need to go through and organise refs better and ensure all exhibits, so hard to see on your own work though sometimes.  I will continue to sort costs then - guess I'm just fed up of it all but probably a lot less so than those on the board!

Is it all basically ok though? have I missed anything?

If you are dubious about the apparently 'impossible' dates and your other similar date doubts, a call to your local court might be best to get things ironed out.

Hi - thank you all - I spent a very, very late night compiling the bundle, numbering etc and then submitted at 10am this morning when courts were open (in case).  I received a discontinuation notice at 10:45 from DCB Legal - but just for this claim number - nothing about the other claim number, for which I put a defence in on 21/3/22. 

I guess they take it to the wire in case they win?

Stressful, and time consuming and absolutely impossible without all these on the forum - thank you so much - what do we do to pay it back, or forwards? Though saying that I will probably be back about the other claim if that meanders through the courts this far.

The best thing you could do to help other newbies is if you could copy & paste here a redacted version of your WS, or a dropbox link to a version of the whole bundle, with identifying ID removed.

People struggle with if and some more new/recent examples are needed, that include the stuff about the new statutory Code and ban on debt recovery false 'fees' enhancement.
