In the dark old days when people were expected to sit in an office wearing a suit and tie, I wore tailor made suits.  I remember it being very important to be very precise during fitting about what felt right and what felt wrong.

You say that during fitting they didn't feel right but you said nothing. That may mean you have limited comeback and may need to hope for some goodwill.  The main thing is to raise it with the manufacturer as soon as possible.
