How far back can I claim on charges and PPI?

Hi

I have had some charges over the years. Realisticly how far back can you claim?

I also remember having a PPI scehem with barclaycard when I was in my early 20's (now 35), how far back can I go?

Thanks for you help.

  • 6 years is the usual maximum unless you want to go to court and argue about whether the statute of limitations applies.
Your PPI is another kettle of fish, you will only realistically be able to get this back if you can prove you were mis-sold it, which as you've had it several years now is unlikely
