Avro Final Bills

Still no sign of Final Bill from Avro.  As such new Octopus Account contains no info brought forward.  I did supply Avro with readings around 26 September but of course now unable to access the old Avro account. This state of limbo too long and stressful. We need meaningful and working new Octopus accounts.

  • You may be able to access your Avro account via this link https://assets.avroenergy.co.uk/Default.aspx
    Everything is available but there's no access to your Avro meter readings as the Avro administrators have blocked access to them for some reason.
    I'm pretty sure nothing will change with your Octopus account until after the Avro administrators pull their finger out and produce the final Avro bills and make the necessary Avro account data available to Octopus.

    Me too, but it does say they have 20,000 accounts left to do.

    I cannot login to my Avro account no matter how I try, whether it's from the link above or a web search. It really doesn't matter though as I got everything off their site on the 23/9/21.

    I was just checking the link to see if I could login but I cannot and there is no option to reset the password so maybe they  have blocked access to accounts. 
    Someone please tell me what money is
  • My final Avro bill is this morning (25th) available, although as it is dated September 29th it does not show credit built up since then.  However, the correct current credit balance is shown on my home page.  Progress at last: hopefully I will soon see the credit balance in my Octopus account.

    I've just managed to log in. No final bill for me. Latest statement still 7/9/21

    It isnt so much excited, more wanting to get straight.  It was always going to be a long process and 2 months isnt too bad - especially as everyone will be on the best current market deal anyway.  That being said, some have hundreds in credit, have had Avro DD and Octopus DD taken, no sign of this money in their Octopus account.  There isnt a hint of final bills being correct, there are always mistakes and these take time to rectify, Octopus CS will be busy so those misplaced decimal points, incorrect readings etc can make a mess of your own DD payments or worse mask a bigger problem when the systems update.  So I can see the point of being agitated.

    Hindsight is always a brilliant thing to have of course.

    Chuckle time. Got an email from Avro entitles last night, saying
