Neigbours Air vent blowing into my property

    But I'm still completely confused - since you haven't provide a picture or diagram - of what is going on here. You say this vent is opposite your kitchen door?
    I know - im waiting patiently for a diagram or a picture as im invested with interest in this thread now!

    Im reading that the vent is directly opposite the OP's kitchen door on a section of the wall/party wall that was planned to be used as the inside wall of the new extended garage.  Does that mean that the OP's kitchen door is therefore planned to be inside the new structure?

    If planning has already been officially granted/approved by the council then does that trump any subsequent action by the neighbour to prevent the lawful development and its therefore tough luck on the neighbours part?  Apart from neighbourly relations, why cant the OP simply proceed with approved plans and effectively cover up the vent?  (I genuinely don't know the answer, that's not a mischievous question)
