Small Business Rate Relief Grant

Hi
I just wanted to check about the Small Business Rate Relief grant which was a one off payment of £10,000, is that now classed as taxable income? I thought that the SEISS were but not the one of payment to small businesses who were exempt from paying business rates.
Can anyone provide some advice as I’m preparing my accounts for year end.
Thank you
