I have just received a letter out of the blue from a debt recovery company DCBLtd claiming that i owe We Fight Any Claim £135.42. I did use their services yrs ago and did receive a couple of very small amounts from a couple of catalogues, i think it was PPI claimed, so long ago i can't even remember, but i do remember paying their small fees charged at the time, so why have i now received this, no prior letters or notifications!!? I tried using old link to their website via their old emails to me that no longer worked. Googled & found a more recent link, checked my account and it shows nothing about outstanding fees! Phoned and person said i owed £35, bit different! But i still don't believe that it's correct.

Ask them, in writing, to confirm exactly how much you owe and ask for a breakdown of the fees. If it’s the payments you’ve already made you’ll be able to evidence those with bank statements and that should be that.helpful tips
it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)0
