We are looking to open a bank account for a community group we are involved in. At the moment it seems only Barclays are accepting applications for new accounts? Does anyone know differently or have any recent experience?

I can see why there is little enthusiasm with the Banks to provide these accounts.
I am treasurer of a small organisation and actually wrote a cheque this morning , leaving a balance of £50 ! Looking at the stubs I see the first cheque was in 2010 .
Where's the money in this for the Bank (in my case Lloyds)Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -

Download the Starling Bank app and apply for a (free) business account0

Why keep suggesting Starling when they don't accept Community groups?0
