    Yes, put that way, it kinda makes it all seem rather pointless.

    Ho hum.

    And in 12 months time...

    2006 IRs 4.5%
    2007 IRs 5.0%

    Still not particularly interesting - and that's "worst case scenario" on IRs.

    But then, life is full of surprises. If only James Dean had seen that car coming...
