Where to find a Snagging Clerk/Surveyor for New Build

I am close to exchange and complete on a new build. I want to get a new build snagging survey done just after I get the keys and before I bring in my furniture.
But I am unable to locate a new build snagging firm in my area.
I did locate a couple through Google, they seem to be national firms but they do operate in my area (Reading), but none of them have availability before the first week of December. And, my completion is probably within 10 days.
Is there any website or directory I can look-up for finding new build snagging clerks or surveyors?
The ones which come up at top on google might be the ones who have paid to be on top of search results.

You don't need the snagging survey to be done before completion or as soon as you move in. You have 2 years usually to report issues. I moved in just before Christmas last year so had to wait until January to get it completed.
I'm in Southampton and used MDR home inspections. He's based near Milton Keynes I think, but those type of companies are happy to travel so don't worry about finding someone local.0
