we ordered a truck satvan on amazon paying by installments we made the first payment via credicard and set up 4 monthly installments. when i received my order it wasnt a satnav but a pack of polo mints so i contacted amazon and they sent me a free return - they are now saying they wont give me a refund as they didnt get the actual satnav returned ?

So, just to be clear, your assertion is that amazon sent you a pack of polo mints instead of a satnav?

Given that Amazon don't sell individual packs of polo mints, it seems unlikely they they are the source of such a mistake, so I can understand them being somewhat confused when you returned said pack.

But would the average person tell anyone if that happened or simply pocket the phone?
