Day 2 test - No confirmation and can't contact Rainbow Labs

I ordered and completed my day 2 test and submitted it and activated it with these guys that I found on the government approved list. I arrived home on 5th November and submitted the test on 6th.

The submition and activation process was a complete mess. They say there is a barcode on the fluid bottle, but there wasn't so I entered the barcode from the kit box, since it was the only barcode anywhere on their kit.I sent them an email to ask, no response and I've been calling them today (020 8191 0931) and it always just says "Sorry, the number you are calling is busy".
Anyone know what happens if they haven't received it? I can't contact them. Gov website says I can get fined if I don't submit it and I've got no confirmation they received it, other than the success message on their site when I completed the form.

Most people will just ignore it... plenty of stories of people saying they booked an ultra cheap test requiring them to go to the other end of the country and they obv didnt bother but got the code for the passenger locator form.
If you are concerned you can call the covid helpline, say you believe its lost in the post (dont need to give the rest of the story) and they will send you a replacement test to do on the NHS.1 -
Thanks Sandtree.I suppose I'll just leave it as it is for now then. I have proof at least that I did the test, its negative and I have a receipt at least that they have received my email. I'm pretty sure thay're only interested in the £18 for the damn test kit that I already have 3 of sitting at home. What a racket!0

You have done your best to contact them - the Gov website says that you can make a complaint about a test provider. to help them to improve the service.
