Problems with EonNEXT and FiT payments

Is anyone else still having problems with getting their quarterly FiT payments from EonNEXT since npower transferred their FiT scheme to them? EonNEXT seem to be in chaos about who is a member of the transferred FiT scheme. They owe me well over £1000 for solar-generated power and still haven't processed my September reading for payment. Although during a phonecall with them today I was promised a payment possibly during next week, I'm not convinced that this will arrive. What should I do if they don't pay up?
