A couple of days ago I ordered a Costa with Uber to be delivered.
However nothing turned up... The establishment was actually closed when the order was taken!
They are refusing to give me a refund.
Has anyone else had any problems? If so what can be done?

Sorry, that's very inappropriate of them to have taken your money.
You can dispute it with your card company or paypal whichever method you used for payment.I wanted to thankyou a million times but its a shame that I can press the button just once :T1
