Read ones relating to Highview or CP Plus ( Group Nexus ) or any that mention that the driver is unknown ( for 2 )

As for 3) only you can write that paragraph , nobody else can , unless you paid for professional help , costly

The freebie DIY approach means lots of research , same as everyone else that comes here , doing it yourself , we won't write 2 or 3 for you !

But doing what we ask is also important , you won't find many volunteers here ready to read and digest up to 20 paragraphs ( you don't pay us enough !! Lol , 😆😆 )

Lots of things to do here. A quick Google suggests to me that the PPC does have some signs at the zoo. So, you need to know how obvious they are and what they say. It appears that parking is £3 per day here. Also, is the NTK PoFA compliant? If not, no keeper liability and you already said that you do not know who drove. Follow the suggestions about how to word parts 2 and 3 of the template, and take note of @D_P_Dance and Excel v Wilkinson. My own feeling is that even if you do not win about the parking charge, you may well get the 'extras' thrown out. Worth doing on its own

I have received a Claim Form form a Gladstone Solicitors acting on behalf of Local Parking Security, issued 8/10/21.
Have you filed an Acknowledgment of Service?
If so, upon what date did you do so?
Your MCOL Claim History will have the definitive answer to that.

For the moment I am going to assume that you filed an Acknowledgment of Service sometime after 12th October and before Wednesday 28th October. Please confirm that - anything different will affect the dates given below.

With a Claim Issue Date of 8th October, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Wednwsday 10th November 2021 to file your Defence.

That's just two days away but plenty of time to produce a Defence.
To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.
Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.

Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.

    Was it here?

    Not sure on accuracy.
Google maps show numerous parking signs in March 2021. Not clear on what they say.

We didn't see any signs on arrival nor did we think you would need to pay, we just thought it was attached to the Zoo which was empty, and parking would be free.
    From their web site
Car Parking - There is ample car parking in front of the Wildheart Animal Sanctuary. Please note however that this is a privately owned car park and is not the property of the Wildheart Animal Sanctuary. Parking is charged at £3 per day.

  • Hi all, Thanks for all you help above. Filed my defence and just had a letter & N108 back from Gladstones Solicitors.  Saying the claimant to mediate. Do I know need to fill in a N108 myself, I don't want to mediate.

    I think you mean N180 rather than N108.  ;)

Go back to that list you were following when you filed your Defence.

Surely you remember item 6 on that list?
    Here it is again...
    6. After filing your Defence, there is more to do.

Items 7, 8, 9 and 10 on that list will help you.

. I have been looking for previous defences over the last 48hrs but just do not seem to be coming across anything relevant.

Surely theire must he hundreds, most claims are the same.    Do not try to find an exact.  match.
