Lost item now delivered, buyer wants to pay

Hello, I sold a low value (less than £10) item in September, the buyer reported it as lost and I refunded him.
The buyer has now reported the item has been delivered and is happy to pay me again - I can only see that I can issue an invoice for items sold in the last 30 days. Can anyone suggest what to do - I'm scared of replying to the message with my e-mail address (for a paypal payment) in case it is flagged up..
Thank you.

The buyer can send you a cheque or a postal order in the post, they can send the money via bank transfer or via PayPal. Most of those routes require you to let the buyer know your details through a message - which is fine once you have completed a transaction with them.
You can send the buyer a PayPal money request without sharing details. Go to your Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & Dispatched > find the order > drop down menu next to the item > print postage labels & invoices > invoice for your own records > buyer's email is top left.1 -

For me I get a made up one like this xxx1fe06fce24d9b100e@members.ebay.com to stop me contacting buyers.OP trying to get payment now can be difficult as even after completing a transaction the ebay bot occasionally still stops email addresses being sent- but it is worth a try as sending a paypal ID will be the easiest way.

I know there are several different versions of ebay and none of mine, business or private, show a valid email address. Perhaps ebay have me marked as a dodgy seller not trusted with contact details

If you follow the instructions detailed by love_me_love_my_tat (Go to your Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & Dispatched > find the order > drop down menu next to the item > print postage labels & invoices > invoice for your own records > buyer's email is top left) then you will get to the buyer's email address.soolin said:Rantband said:soolin

If you look at the sales record you just see the weird eBay one. You have to find the invoices section. It definitely works 🙂0 -
In a vaguely similar situation I sent the other party my bank account sort code, account number and name via eBay messages and he paid me that way.cheryl_peril said:Hello, I sold a low value (less than £10) item in September, the buyer reported it as lost and I refunded him.

A man walked into a car showroom.
He said to the salesman, “My wife would like to talk to you about the Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
Salesman said, “We haven't got a Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
The man replied, “You have now mate".0
