Router/Modem with DFS in the UK

Does anyone use a router with an integrated modem in the UK that has Dynamic Frequency Selection? I am currently using a TP Link Archer VR600 V2 but looking to upgrade. The VR600 is fine for most things but has a known issue that when you use Access Control (to block devices accessing the netork) the wi-fi speed drops by around 10mbps. There are no alternative open source firmwares for this router. I have tried several TP Link firmwares but none solve this issue, so am looking to upgrade. I was looking at the Asus DSL-AC68U or Asus DSL-AX82U, both of which are highly rated and have open source firmwares available for them if needed. I am unable to find if either support DFS in the UK. I have looked through the manuals online for both but haven't found anything to confirm if they have this feature.
Many thanks.

All Wifi routers / access points sold in the UK must be DFS capable to be Ofcom compliant if they use 5Ghz channels 52 – 64.
DFS basically does a check to see if there are any radar transmissions on those frequencies and if so, will not allow the wifi to operate on those channels and will automatically change to a non-interfering frequency.
As for your access controls - what are you using them for because they aren't particularly robust? They rely on identifying the device by MAC address which can easily be changed to bypass the access controls. Apple, Android and Windows devices all support MAC address randomisation making it just a click of a button to bypass such controls.0
