Wrong item

I received a jar of food supplements instead of a hard drive, returned it via the app choosing “wrong item sent” on the drop down list for returns.
Sent it back in the original packaging got a refund and now they want the hard drive back and going to take the money for it next week. I never received the hard drive in the first place. Tried talking to them but getting nowhere.
Yes I should have been suspicious because the package was light.

Have you been on their online chat? Although a bit laborious and some odd use of English, I've been very pleased with how they've dealt with any problems I've had over the years0
