Energy-efficiency grants
Hi, I was looking online at these grants and did an application to see if I could receive one. It appears I can and I've now had emails from Energy Saving Genie stating that my grant has been allocated to a company called Evolve Home Energy Solutions, who will be contacting me. Also I have to complete a form for them to confirm my benefits before proceeding. I'm just a bit concerned as I thought this was a government backed scheme and not sure if this company are legit or not. I don't want to reply and then find it is someone trying to rip me off. Any advice would be appreciated.

Be careful - Energy Efficiency doesn't equate to lower energy bills unless its for insulation or replacing a clapped out gas boiler with another more efficient gas boiler.Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0
