Need help finding my tariff rates with E.On…

Hi all, is there a database online that shows tariff rates and charges for older E.On tariffs. I have the Fix 2 Year v14 but haven’t been sent a bill yet and I can’t find the unit charges anywhere on my account and I’ve been googling for over an hour. It’s infuriating!

I just got hive heating plus and it’s asking for my rates to work properly but I can’t find them and E.On customer services isn’t open on a weekend. I tried on Friday and couldn’t connect as they were having technical problems. What a pain!

If you have mislaid your welcome/confirmation letter, and you are not able to find the tariff details on the Eon website, you should be able to see the tariff details on almost any comparison site, including MSE's own Cheap Energy Club.
