Check next energy bill

I phd meterline 15/7 on my next regular bill the figures quoted were still their estimated readings & not mine. The bill i just had is estimated & figs are out of all proportion for just lighting & cooking. D/d goes up from £99 to £158 on 20/11. I have phd 3 times, used priority line i am registered, all no help when i am told computers are down. I am with one of the largest uk companies for electric only. I emailed c/s last weekend & still waiting for a response. Please ensure you recheck your own readings back to your next bill- or you could be in the same boat!

How do you normally  give your meter readings -  on line, phone or email ?

When did you last get a bill with ACTUAL readings ?

PS Make sure you keep your records !
Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill
