PIP certificate of entitlement transfer

My certificate of entitlement to PIP was stamped for my previous car, can I use the same certificate for my new car or do I need to get a new certificate to take to the post office to register my new car?

I'm not familiar with the process because i've had a mobility car for the past 5 years so all that is covered. You can ask at your local post office who are probably used to doing this with lots of customers and i'm sure they would help you.
