Prepayment meter not taking the balance from the key

Hi All,
I hope you are well. I have not sure if you come across this by yourself but I topped up an electricity key I think with a max you can put on it which is £250.
Then after couple of weeks I have inserted it into the prepayment meter, it said "TOKEN ACCEPTED" but it didn't show any balance on the key and it didn't transfer any money onto the meter.
I have the receipt from this top-up and it says the right amount I paid. I have phoned up PayZone and they confirmed the transaction went fine.
On the receipt the meter number is correct, I would just have to check if the key number matches.
Please let me know if you come across this.
Best regards

In case someone comes across this problem please note the total limit is £255 on these meters so if your current balance is over £5 the top up will not go through you have to wait for the balance to go under £5
