Hi.
I reached out on this forum in respect of a Health Assessment Interview. This was carried out over the phone on 11th October and I've received a letter today to advise that I've been put in a support group and that payments will be backdated to 1st August this year.
Thank you to everyone who replied and put my mind at rest. This is a huge weight off and I really appreciate that there is a support system out there for people like me who don't really understand how it all works.
If I can help anyone else, please let me know.
