I hope someone can assist thank you in advance
On the 1st of October I received a letter from vehicle control services stating I owe them £160.00 for prohibited park at Liverpool airport dated 10/02/2018 no evidence provided..only form of communication was by letter.. which I did send and within their said time scale.. letter was delivered and signed for ..surprisingly never received a response.. until I received a letter from Elms legal on the 4 of November… struggled to get through eventually did they have now sent me the evidence.. apparently I was issued 3 letters in 2018 and the one in September 21 which I did receive..unless I pay I will be taken to court and a CCJ placed on my credit file .. I’m unable to discuss this with the Vehicle Control Service and dealings only through Elms Legal… I eventually got an email address for VCS and again no response.. option is Pay up .. fine can be reduced to £135.00 only and pay over 10 months or Go to Court… any suggestions on next course of action thank you

Please either PM a board guide to get this moved to the Parking board, or (probably simplest) let this thread die and repost in the Parking board (remembering also to use the Enter key).
