I have tickets for a concert that was being held in 2020, due to covid it was postponed to 2021, and now again to 2022. I am unable to make the new date, but I cannot get a refund for my tickets. The tickets were bought through AXS.
Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you overcome it?
Consumer rights say that a refund should be offered.

Contact your bank and explain the issue. You can probably do a chargeback.0

I got in touch with AXS on live chat, said I couldn't make the rearranged date, and was refunded within a few days. Sorry to hear they're being shirty with you and hope you get some joy!
