TSB App Login Problems

I was having problems logging into the TSB app. I uninstalled and reinstalled and I got in okay but when I tried to log in again it said there was a problem.

I should have checked the downdetector as there are several reports of the same issue.

    No problem logging in to the app, on android 11 using fingerprint auth.

    I have just logged in with my fingerprint, but it was very slow.

    Yes, I did this but it almost certainly wasn’t necessary.

    There is no excuse for this worse than useless error message.

    I just ignored the message and left it for a while.  When I went back later the app was working as normal.
  • I get this error message a lot now!

    It seems to be if my fingerprint isn't correctly detected.

    I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times now.   But I don't want to have to keep doing it!

    So the message goes away if you just try again a bit later?   Or you really have to keep deleting and reinstalling?
