TSB App Login Problems

I was having problems logging into the TSB app. I uninstalled and reinstalled and I got in okay but when I tried to log in again it said there was a problem.
I should have checked the downdetector as there are several reports of the same issue.

What I am getting is "We're having problems trying to authenticate your log in. You will need to set up your device again".1

No problem logging in to the app, on android 11 using fingerprint auth.0

Logging in fine on iPhone, iOS 15.1, with FaceID0

I have just logged in with my fingerprint, but it was very slow.

I get this error message a lot now!
It seems to be if my fingerprint isn't correctly detected.
I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times now. But I don't want to have to keep doing it!
So the message goes away if you just try again a bit later? Or you really have to keep deleting and reinstalling?0
