The CEO of Octopus has stated on his Twitter feed that EDF Energy will start using Octopus’ technology platform ‘Kraken’ under Licence.

    They should just nationalise all energy companies and then they can all use the same Kraken platform and we can get rid of this false competition, multiple directorships, multiple billing, marketing, sales dept. along with all the comparison sites.
  • ‘Release the Kraken…’  They’ll be deploying Godzilla next. 

    5 million customers for EDF? Aren’t they foreign owned? Having said that, aren’t all the large suppliers foreign owned, and isn’t that a problem in itself?
